  25. As you might have noticed, I came up with exactly the same concept (even
  26. the same name) in a related thread, but without the full analysis that
  27. Ian provided.

  29. Ian, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE submit this to the ISO/ANSI committee in
  30. their comment format. One suggestion if you do this, write all of the
  31. implementation descriptions as parenthetic asides to illustrate that
  32. this is easy to implement. The standard does not mandate any specific
  33. implementation of features, it just describes semantics.
